New Painting - You Look Like This - July 2012

I've been painting so much this month it's been awesome.  Working on about 10 new pieces that are really exciting right now.  Check out this recent piece.  It's wall-size.  Big wall.

You look like this.

New Work - I Don't Think This is The End

I Don't Think This is The End

This is a new piece I just finished a few days ago.  When I got up the next morning I remembered thinking about the Mayan calendar and the mixed possibilities people think December 21,  2012 will mean.

I believe it's the start of a change in how people see things..  I think the world might start to get smarter and maybe people are going to shift their perspectives on what is important.  Maybe we'll start taking care of the earth properly.

George Monster

Okay.. can't sleep and wanted to give you a new painting. This is one of my favorites from the last few years. This is my tribute to George Bush. 'George Monster' I hope you dig it.

Rocket Man, by TheJohnFraser

It's been a few days since my last post, so I felt like I owed you something good. This is a piece I completed a couple years ago. I still have it in my private art collection. I love it.

I hope you'll enjoy Rocket Man as much as I do.

New Collage for December 2010

This is a new collage for December 2010. It's my gift to the world for this year. I'm on a mission to paint for at least two days without stopping. I've been framing paintings and creating new art for 2011 tonight. I hope you like some of my latest.

Art show with Christian

Well, it's rainy and shitty out in Vancouver today and I'm not sure why I don't just stay home and paint. Today would be the best day ever to stay home... have a nice breakfast and paint.

Maybe next year I'll stay home! I suppose it depends on how the next show goes. Christian Borrego and I are talking about doing a show really soon.

More to come on that next post. For now, here's a little painting for you.

Thank you for saying I look like a potato Russia!

So... for those of you who can't read Russian... I just got this comment:

'Yes, we are Russian, we love your art. You should move here and get married to our beautiful women and drink. You look like a potato.'

I'm pretty sure that's the nicest thing anybody has ever said to me! Thank you Russia. Well, I already gave you a really nice picture as a present for stopping by, but if you email me, I'll send you another one.

By the way, if you stop by here and make a post, send me your email address and I'll keep you posted on new work.

Off to paint!
